SHIPMENT

Before checkout it is possible to see what the shipping cost will be. This depends on size, weight and country. After we have received your order and payment (unless you are a regular customer that can order with 15 days payment terms) we will ship your order. Usually this is the same day if we deliver from stock. Sometimes we work with drop shipments and it might take an extra day to ship. In the specifications of every product an estimate of the delivery time is mentioned. Most of the time we use PostNL, the Dutch postal service, to ship but sometimes also DHL, Fedex or UPS are used.Check the following link for delivery costs: Shipping cost matrix.

DELIVERY

At the end of the day, or the next workingday, you will receive the trackingnumber of your order. Normally you will have to sign for receiving the package. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a second attempt is made. If this second attempt is also unsuccessful you can pick-up the parcel at the nearest pick-up point or reschedule the delivery depending on the forwarder used.

Please be aware that in case you have selected to pay by banktransfer the processing of the payment will take a couple of days.
