Recoilers are used for the mechanical protection of products against theft. A wind-up steel cable is attached to the product to be protected. The box with the winding mechanism is glued or screwed to the surface. The product can be picked up and tested but remains attached to the cable. Ideal to protect (cheap) products against occasional theft in confusing situations such as at fairs and / or events.
