Port Design was founded in 1992 and is based in France. Port Designs has designed a number of tablet and laptop carts and cabinets for the safe storage, loading and transport of tablets and laptops in a demanding environment. The warranty on all Port Designs carts and cabinets is 3 years on the electronics and 10 years on the metal parts.
The Port Designs laptop cart 30 is suitable for Chromebooks or laptops up to 15.6 inches with the maximum dimensions of 29.8W x 39.5H x 3.6D cm. The cart is made entirely of metal and is equipped with 2 movable wheels that can also be locked. At the top are 2 ergonomically shaped push handles.
The door is equipped with a key lock with 3-point locking and also equipped with a bracket for attaching a chain or lock to a ground anchor. The power strips are located in a separate lockable compartment at the rear.
The cart is actively ventilated against overheating and is fitted with overvoltage protection.
In addition, this cart is equipped with a 1U 19 " rack for UTP and an external RJ-45 port.
The Port Designs laptop and Chromebook cart 30 is suitable for devices up to 15.6 inches and meets the 3 basic needs of storing, loading and transporting laptops and/or Chromebooks at schools or companies. The cart is equipped with lockable and lockable doors, push bars and lockable wheels.
STORAGE
The Port Designs laptop cart 30 has space for vertical storage from 30 Chromebooks or laptops up to and including 15.6 inches with the maximum dimensions of 3.6 x 29.8 x 39.5 cm. 10 devices are stored per shelf.
CHARGING AND SYNCING
At the rear of the cart is the separately accessible electrical compartment. There is enough space here to store up to 20 adapters. This compartment can be locked with the same key as the door of the laptop side.
A 1U 19" rack is also built in with RJ-45 connections for synchronizing the laptops. The cart is also equipped with an RJ-45 port on the outside.
TRANSPORTING
The Port Designs laptop cart 30 is equipped with 4 bearing and rotating wheels, 2 of which have are equipped with a brake.This, in combination with the ergonomically shaped push bars on both sides of the laptop cart, make moving and maneuvering easy and quick.
The dimensions of the cart are 57.5D x 63.3W x 130H cm and the weight is 69.7 kg without laptops and AC adapters.
SAFE
The Port Designs laptop cart 30 is all metal and standard equipped with a safe lock with a 3-point locking system Optionally available is a ground anchor with which the cart can be secured via a chain or lock, so that the laptop cart and its contents cannot be stolen. The laptop compartment and charging compartment have a different key. The cart comes with 2 sets of keys.
The cart is equipped with surge protection and protects the laptops against voltage peaks. The power supply is also regulated so that the power network is not overloaded.
OPTIONAL
A ground anchor is optionally available to fix the cart to earth and nail-tight. . It is also possible to order a Master Key with which the doors of several trolleys can be opened.
