The Sediso alarm box is the cheapest and easiest way to secure your valuable products at trade shows, in shops or any other public area. You can place the alarm box using the supplied screws and / or double-sided tape in an (in) visible location. Attach the product to the 1 meter long steel cable of teh alarm box. We have connection solutions for any product like glasses, handbags, electronics, shoes, shawls, clothing etc. It does not matter which product you want to secure, we have a solution for everything. Dimensions
The Sediso alarm box is measured 46x46x29mm and is equipped with a recoil mechanism for a 1 meter long plasticized steel wire. On the bottom there is a sensor and double-sided tape. The top is secured with 2 security screws.
Confirmation
The alarm box is can be mounted on a flat surface which should be cleaned with the supplied alcohol swab. If the surface is not suitable for taping the recoiler, it is possible to fix it with two 2.5 - 5 cm long screws.
The alarm box comes standard with a cable stopper. This is clamped around the cable to determine how far the cable can be recoiled. This prevents light products to be pulled from their position.
Alarm function
The Sediso alarm box is activated by using a paper clip to activate a switch. The box emits an audible signal and the LED light flashes. A red LED light flashes every 8-10 seconds after the alarm is activated. As soon as the box is removed from its place, the wire is cut or pulled out of the box, the 98 decibel alarm is triggered. The alarm can be switched off by pointing the remote control at the top of the alarm box.
To switch off the alarm box completely unscrew the safety screws with the supplied screwdriver and push the switch into the off position. The alarm box is equipped with a button cell battery with a standby mode of 1 year. When the battery is almost empty, the alarm box will emit a continuous warning signal.
Wing sensor attachment
The alarm box with wing sensor is suitable for protecting objects that have a smooth surface. The flat wing sensor is equipped with a mini switch. As soon as the adhesive sensor is removed the alarm will be triggered. Ideal for securing all kinds of consumer electronics and other products with a flat surface.
