The security set for mechanically securing GPS or other systems against theft consists of:

The cable has a length of 2.4 meters and is made of 5.3 mm thick carbon-reinforced steel. The entire cable is plasticized. The Kensington cable comes with 2 keys.

The anchor plate is attached to a free spot at the rear (35 x 40 mm) of the GPS system using the supplied industrial adhesive. This creates a permanent connection between the stainless steel metal of the anchor plate and the plastic of the GPS system.

The steel cable is secured around an earth and nail-proof object by passing the cable through the loop of the cable. The cable then goes through the glued anchor plate on the back of the GPS system, and the lock head is placed on the cable and closed.
