Port Design was founded in 1992 and is based in France. Port Designs has designed a number of tablet and laptop carts and cabinets for the safe storage, loading and transport of tablets and laptops in a demanding environment. The warranty on all Port Designs trolleys and cabinets is 3 years on the electronics and 10 years on the metal parts.
The Port Designs tablet locker 10 is suitable for tablets in a cover up to and including 11 inches with a the maximum dimensions of 23.1W x 3.25H x 26.8D cm. The cabinet is made entirely of metal.
Each compartment is numbered and equipped with a door with an individual key lock. Each set of keys is also numbered. The USB ports supply 5V/2.1A and are mounted next to the compartment. As soon as the LED lamp lights up green, the battery of the tablet is fully charged.
The cabinet is actively ventilated against overheating and is equipped with overvoltage protection.
Short charging cables (20 cm) are optionally available (Lightning/USB type C or Micro USB).
The Port Designs tablet locker 10 is suitable for tablets up to 11 inches and provides for the 2 basic needs, namely storage and loading of tablets at schools or companies. The cabinet is equipped with individually lockable compartments.
STORAGE
The Port Designs tablet locker 10 has room for horizontal storage of 10 tablets up to and including 11 inches in a cover with the maximum dimensions of 23.1W x 3.25H x 26.8D cm. The cabinet itself has the dimensions 35W x 40H x 33.7D cm and weighs 16.6 kg.
LOADING
Each compartment is equipped with a USB port (5V/2.1A) for charging the tablet. The USB ports are mounted on the right side and are equipped with an LED indicator light that lights up green when the battery of the tablet is fully charged. The cabinet is equipped with Smart Charge for maximum battery life of the tablet.
SAFE
The Port Designs tablet locker 10 is completely made of metal and equipped with 10 individually lockable compartments with a key. Both the compartment and the key are numbered. Each compartment comes with 2 keys.
The tablet locker is equipped with surge protection and protects the tablets against voltage peaks. The power supply to the tablets is also regulated for an optimal lifespan (Smart Charge). In addition, the cabinet is actively ventilated against overheating.
OPTIONAL< /strong>
Optionally available are 10 pieces of 20 cm long charging cables (USB type C or Lightning) to avoid a mess of wires.
