The Inner-Vision Tough-PAC cradle (docking station) only works in combination with the Tough-PAC medical protective cover. The Tough-PAC anti-bacterial protective cover and cradle both have contact points that make contact as soon as the cover is placed in the cradle (portrait). The Tough-PAC can also be put on the cradle in landscape mode.
The cradle is equipped with a cord with a USB connection. The USB charger of the iPad itself is used for charging. Of course, the USB cable can also be used to be plugged into a laptop for synchronization.
